Has I mentioned before, the creatures, Joao Almeida and Teresa something, decided at 9PM that I should leave their place, having being assured by Joao Almeida that I could stay has long has I wanted…But being a puppet and a wannabe web designer he just went with her madness. No one i their perfect state of mind send a dog, who is in treatment for several different illnesses, with no other shelter to go in a, no time, you have to leave now, decision, to the street, that was so bad that even the cars could not move, around -4 Celsius. Already told has well that lost most of my belongings because a car full of stuff is an obvious beacon to be stolen…But the police told me, personally when I inquired them, that they were very proud of what they were doing, and were doing it very well. Witch was not even giving me a hand to carry stuff or any useful advice for someone who has no place to go.
Still thinking about the the legality of this. If you can’t do it to a dog, can you do it to a Human being for no reason whatsoever?

Another way to say this, is that torture is legal in the UK and the Met Police agrees and complies with it’s fulfillment.

Not going through the definitions of the Human Rights charter that is part of UK law, but is useless. I phone more than 30 solicitors and all the institutions and organizations related with the subject, including my MP – the only one who could inquire the ombudsman about any illegalities – told me to just let it go...

After 6 months I realize that is useless to try and get some justice from the authorities in Portugal.

The video shows what happened to my car made by a wheel blocker. Yes, it’s suppose to block the wheels but instead destroyed part of it. Even with video evidence, they keep saying that I took the wheel blocker from my car !!!!, and gave me a ticket of 300 Euros!!! All the official paperwork is missing crucial info related with the laws applicable to the infraction, and so on. Tried to reason with them but it sounded like talking to a mental institution. Well probably is…, as well. Received an email reply, justifying the fact, because “someone”saw me doing it!!!! Someone? What on earth is that? Some legal word that I am not aware? How could a police report be based on “someone” and be accepted as valid in the civilized world? The chaos provoked by them in the street can be seen as well, like several police cars and motorcycles. Dozen of officers…For what? Who knows? Who is responsible?

Tried with all authorities above them, but there was only two people in the government office in charge, and the Mayor of Lisbon did nothing about it as well. And by God I tried.

So no one can be prosecuted for doing what can be seen on the picture.

My advice, if going to Lisbon or Porto, be aware of the Policia Municipal, because these two cities have special rules for them. They accumulate all the powers of normal Police with the Police that should answer to the Mayor – Policia Municipal -, making them almost Gods. Unteachable and unteachable.

And they say they want to be part of the EU….in 300 years or in dreams, perhaps.

First the authorities, from the top till down, should stop acting like barbarians and then we will see….

Sometimes I am ashamed of being born there, and this something no one should say about his homeland.

Minority Report is a movie, for those that live most time underground, that’s based on one of the short stories of Philip K. Dick. In a nutshell we could say that is based around a police force with intervention capabilities, based on what you are going or might do in the future.

Well, it’s all sci-fi, it will never happen anyway. Wrong. One of the most inconsiderable laws in The UK is exactly that. Once you are in the possession of the keys of a vehicle and not fit to drive, you can and will, be arrested and heavily charged. No matter if you are just sleeping in the car, wondering around or even at home. What you may do in the future is being held against you, applied with all the force of it’s background laws. Of course, this is designed in a way you are always guilty for driving unfit, even if you are 10 miles away from the car.

Now, if these people don’t stop very quickly, look around for all the cameras and such and do something about it very soon, will be too late. If not already….

The creatives at the publicity company’s are getting insane or more creative, not sure. And since this has to do with girls, Victoria Secret knows about the subject very well…

I am a vegetarian, and must say that I am, not just because of the incredible barbaric ways, justified because is “the normal way” and we need to do it to survive, but because does not make any sense in my head not to be. We have long past the Roman Circus, but old habits are hard to change and I do understand that.

Truth is, we are not engineered to eat meet. Carnivores have very small intestines, so that the meet does not get putrefied while wait’s to be absorbed. Well, any Human has long intestines…

If that does not lights up something in your head, what can I say? We do things like monkeys, just because the others do as well, without asking questions? If they all do it – applies to anything – makes it OK? On other side, cars are not responsible for global warming, cows are. And I like cars…

I suppose it’s better not to think about it and get a pre-prepared “humanized” meal from the supermarket, or something.

If you are easily impressed, please don’t look at the truth. Just go, have a burger and enjoy life.

For the ones wondering, no, I am not an animal rights activist and I am not interested in animals in general, but ignoring what’s going on around you, or justifying it, is plain stupid.

Well, I am very sad today. This magazine makes 25 years, and many things changed. They stop doing what was they-re primary goal, to promote the innovation and quality of music made in Portugal. Now, they are part of some group that has all the power to promote what they think is necessary…

I was very surprised when I arrived in Portugal to find this hype of someone called Mariza, that cant even sing. And I know what I am talking about.

But more than words, just judge for yourself.

Going to show an extreme  produced Mariza video and a home made one by V Imperio (no studios or whatever, song and video, just in one take). That should be enough to make my point.

Well, no need to tell who has a real VOICE.

This is a weird one. There have been lot’s of stories around this subject. Of course, sensationalists newspapers used it to the oblivion, making it an obviously lie. Like the ancient batteries of Baghdad and the Coso object.

Still, reading the reports about it from the 70’s, I think, found underground  in South Africa, raises some questions on the back of my mind.

You may think they were man made, but they could not have been. Accordingly the oldest report I could find, they date much before man existed, in the region of millions of years, actually…Could be rubbish, or not.

We will never know…
